This role is responsible for overseeing, managing and supporting our operations teams in multiple disciplines across Drilling, Completions, and Production categories, analyzing market trends, developing category strategies, focused on minimizing total cost of ownership and improving overall service quality and value. The successful candidate will be a fast learner, be analytically focused, possess the ability to adapt to projects with competing priorities at the same time, and bring forward an entrepreneurial spirit to their work. · Experience in developing vendor relationships and possesses a technical understanding of Drilling, Completion, and Production categories.
· Strong analytical category acumen and experience developing performance-based dashboards in tools like Spotfire, PowerBI, etc.
· Proven ability to solve problems across the organization, both with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Experience with Veriforce Contract Management.
· Experience with Enverus software suite (OpenTicket, PriceBook, OpenOrder, OpenMaterials).
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field required.
· 5 to 10 years of experience in Category Management within the Oil and Gas industry required, preferred in Drilling, Completions, or Production.
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

$135,000 to $165,000 annual salary, commensurate with relative work experience and qualifications.
